Group Student Project - "Spite: Into the Ratacombs" - Diablo-style Action


A top-down action game in the style of popular games like Diablo, where a plague doctor ventures down into the "ratacombs" to put a stop to Pestilence.

In all group projects at TGA, the team structure is flat in the sense that there are no leads, and design decisions are made democratically, but within that structure I made sure to focus on game design tasks and to assume a role where I took part in all gameplay taskforces and shared responsibility for writing game design documents and balancing gameplay elements.

We were three level designers in the team, and the game has three levels, so I designed the third and final level in the game: The Caves.
